11/01/2010 - At the 13th Interplastica, which will take place from 26 to 29 January 2010 in Moscow, ARBURG (Forum Hall, Stand FC 43) will be represented with a hydraulic ALLROUNDER 420 C GOLDEN EDITION. A medical technology application will be presented on the machine featuring high-quality standard equipment. With the production of overcaps, the exhibit will provide proof of the performance potential of this globally successful machine series.

ARBURG will demonstrate its highly economical machine series with a hydraulic ALLROUNDER 420 C GOLDEN EDITION, featuring a clamping force of 1,000 kN and a size 290 injection unit. Equipped with a Schöttli 24-cavity mould and a full hot runner system, 0.58-gram polypropylene overcaps are produced in a cycle time of about eight seconds. The shot weight for this application is 14 grams.

With the ALLROUNDER GOLDEN EDITION, ARBURG presents a machine which is ideally tailored to the requirements of the Russian plastics market. Not least due to its modern machine technology and attractive price/performance ratio, ARBURG sees great development potential for this economical machine series within the Russian injection moulding industry.
